Powerplay

Powerplay was the first year of the R.A.T.S. and this was clearly shown by the organization and actions of the team 

Or "The Year We Didn't Have a Clue." We didn't even have a portfolio this year, but we had a lot of perseverance, ingenuity, effort and creativity.
